FireWatcher is an AI-powered operational intelligence platform that provides automated monitoring, incident detection, and remediation capabilities for software systems and infrastructure.
FireWatcher is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We make no warranties regarding the availability, functionality, or performance of the Service during the beta period.
You agree to:
FireWatcher processes your logs, metrics, and system data to provide operational insights. All data is processed securely and discarded immediately after use. We do not store your operational data or use it for training purposes.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FireWatcher and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall FireWatcher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
